Catching Up!

Again a new week. So here is my story from last week.

Monday!

Bank Holiday. A Bank Holiday is a national public holiday in the UK. These are set by the UK Parliament in Statute Law. The term Bank Holiday is commonly used interchangeably with other public holidays. (Good Friday/ Christmas Day)

This means a extra day off for me. Haha.

The parents had a day off themselves, and wanted to do some things with the children.

This day I visited the Fitness for 2 hours, and went with the German Au Pair to the city centre for a walk.

Tuesday!

Bundle was feeling sick on Monday. Tuesday she was feeling much better, but the school has a rule. If you ill/sick, you must stay at home for 2 days. The school is very small, and they don't want to spread sickness/viruses.

So I took Bundle and Foxie for a walk. We went to a village 10 minutes away. They have a lovely walking trial. Afterwards we bought a gift for the Hostmum. It's almost her Birthday.

The rest of the week isn't so excited. Just the daily tasks. I was alone with the children from Wednesday till Friday. The Host Dad had a Charity and the Host Mam went to Greece with friends. She had a good time there.

Besides my daily tasks, I am trying to go for a run or hitting the gym.

I started this week, and it is going very well.

Excited for the weekend! A lot of plans… :)
